Processing

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days — in black tissue, obviously. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel ships.

US delivery

Standard US delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after processing. Shipping is free on orders over $75; below that, the rate is shown at checkout.

International

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

Track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page. If tracking goes quiet for more than 5 business days, write to us and we'll investigate.

Lost parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll reship or refund in full — your pick.
