The 30-day promise

You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return any item. Pieces should be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

How it works

Email us with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll send simple instructions — no forms, no arguments. Exchanges ship as soon as your return is on its way.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo — we'll make it right at our expense, fast.

Final sale

Items marked final sale, and earrings (for hygiene reasons), can't be returned unless faulty.
