How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. US delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, and shipping is free over $75. You'll get a tracking number the moment your parcel crosses the veil.
What's your return & exchange policy?
30-day easy exchanges and returns from the day your order arrives. Items should be unworn with tags attached. Start by writing to the coven with your order number — we make it painless.
How do your sizes run?
Every product page carries a full US size chart in inches. Most pieces run true to size; where a piece runs small or oversized, the description says so honestly. Between sizes? Message us — we've tried everything on.
Where do you ship from and to?
We ship across the United States and worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — your tracking link shows the live status wherever you haunt.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — if it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll catch it before it leaves the crypt.
What payments do you accept?

Who actually answers my messages?
